Terms and Conditions of Purchase from Monaie

Dear loyal Monaie customers, returns or exchanges are only possible in the event of an error on Monaie’s part, and under the following conditions:

1. Provided that the product has not been used.

2. The product must not have any scent of perfume, body odor, or similar.

3. The product tag must be attached.

4. The return and exchange request period is up to 72 business hours for orders within Tehran and up to one week for orders outside Tehran, starting from the date of purchase.

5. Products purchased during special sales are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Limited Line products are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
